The Role

We’re looking for a Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Field Service or Project Operations to join a large-scale digital transformation project. You will take a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Dynamics CE solutions that support technical field services across Denmark and beyond. This is not a developer role – but if you can code, that’s a bonus.

Job Scope

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE Field Service and/or Project Operations

• Run workshops with technicians, planners, and stakeholders to gather needs

• Translate business requirements into user stories, solution designs, and system configurations

• Work with low-code/no-code tools: forms, flows, rules, validations, and automation

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and consultants across Denmark, Poland, and the Netherlands

• Take part in agile processes, including planning, reviews, testing, and continuous improvement

• Understand and work with the full CE data model and process logic

Ideal Candidate

• 3–10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE – ideally within Field Service or Project Operations

• Can own solution design and configuration end-to-end (low-code/no-code focus)

• Strong understanding of business workflows within service, scheduling, or asset management

• Able to write requirements and design coherent solutions that scale

• Not just a coder – but if you also code, great!

• Must be self-driven, structured, and collaborative

• Fluent in Danish and English
