Senior Software Developer – Phase-Field
Build cutting-edge simulation software in C++ & Python. Join a deep-tech team revolutionizing material science—onsite in Copenhagen. High impact, strong tech, real science.
The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Software Developer to lead the development of simulation software that’s redefining how new materials are designed. You’ll work hands-on with Python, C, and C++, building advanced scientific software from scratch. This role is for someone with deep knowledge of phase-field methods and a strong grasp of material science, ready to take ownership of the codebase in a highly technical and mission-driven environment.
The Company
Is a deep-tech scale-up spun out from DTU (Danish Technical University) on a mission to revolutionize material discovery. Traditionally, new materials are developed through costly, manual lab testing. Their simulation tools radically accelerate this process—saving time, reducing waste, and opening the door to entirely new classes of sustainable materials. Backed by top-tier VCs and with recent funding secured, we’re scaling fast. The team is currently 8 people, growing to 25 over the next year, with a diverse, ambitious culture rooted in science and real-world impact.
